Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of locking and door automation accessories and related services for properties owned by the Pohjois-Pohjanmaa wellbeing services county and, to some extent, also for leased properties. The procurement is divided into four geographical lots, and a tender may be submitted for one or more lots. The contract period is approximately from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028, with two possible one-year option periods. The bidder must take into account that the quantities and volumes are indicative, the contract does not oblige the contracting authority to purchase fixed quantities, and one supplier will be selected for each lot.
