Architectural, engineering and construction supervision services – Design services framework arrangement 2027–2029, option 1+1

Summary

This is not yet a procurement procedure, but a market survey and request for information. The City of Mikkeli building services is preparing a framework agreement tender for lead architect, structural, HVAC, electrical and building automation design services. HVAC, electrical and building automation services may also include consulting and supervision. Responding is not a prerequisite for participation in the later procurement, does not affect the bidder’s status, and no compensation will be paid for responding or taking part in the market dialogue. The purpose is to gather information on market capacity, interest, criteria, requirements, risks and opportunities for preparing the tender. The preliminary timetable indicates that the call for tenders is planned for September.
