Supply of books

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of required books. It is a framework agreement with an estimated annual volume of about EUR 200,000 excluding VAT; the total estimated contract value over 4 years including possible extensions is about EUR 800,000 excluding VAT. The maximum contract value is set at 130% of the estimated value, i.e. EUR 1,040,000, so that the estimated value is not exceeded during the contract term. The bid must be submitted electronically and e-invoicing is required. Awarding is based on both quality and price criteria.
