Inspection and maintenance of safety equipment (fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, first aid and AED)

Summary

The tender concerns the maintenance and replacement of fire extinguishers, AEDs, emergency lighting and first aid supplies. The contractor must act as the contact person for HartslagNU, restore AEDs to working order after call-outs, and carry out NEN 3140 inspections for the fire brigade cluster. The work must be performed at 66 fire stations, the VRF office in Leeuwarden and several GGD locations across Friesland. The contract is a framework agreement for 2 years with one possible extension of up to 2 additional years. Price accounts for 70%, with quality and sustainability also assessed.
