Summary

The tender concerns the technical, conceptual, methodological and editorial development of modules 1–9 for the Brandenburg guidance on the implementation of intervention regulation (HVE). In 2026, modules 3 and 4 are mandatory; the remaining modules, the final editing and training are optional. The bidder must take into account qualification requirements, proof of professional and commercial registration, professional liability insurance, turnover, staff, previous experience and team competence.
