Summary

The tender concerns the procurement of a data distribution system and support service that combines the existing StUF-based approach and the developing HaalCentraal API solution into one integrated solution. The bidder must provide a solution that supports the transition from data synchronisation to querying data at the source and helps maintain overview and control throughout the process. The scope includes linking the current applications and services and, after migration, converting those links to API-based connections. The award criteria cover price, the vision for the transition, execution of management tasks and the implementation plan.
