Summary

The tender concerns three linked software service lots for RTE: 1) a third-party integrity assessment solution, 2) a CSR and human-rights due diligence module, and 3) a monitoring, sourcing and API module for company data. The solution must be delivered as SaaS, usable in a web browser, available in French, and allow RTE and its subsidiaries to create user accounts. To participate, the bidder must submit DC1 and DC2 forms and prove legal capacity, financial and technical capability, and compliance with several exclusion and conformity requirements.
