Summary

The tender concerns consultancy services for producing derived geospatial products, or “instances”, from the CLCplus Core database. The contractor must deliver yearly LULUCF instance products, refine them iteratively with stakeholder input, provide statistical comparisons with reporting data, support possible new policy instances, and contribute to user engagement and communication activities. This is a framework service contract with an initial duration of 12 months, renewable up to 3 times, for a total possible duration of 48 months.
