Damage services

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for damage services for the buildings and properties of the City of Copenhagen. The work mainly covers clean-up, cleaning and remediation after fire, water and storm damage. In fire cases, the supplier must be able to work in parallel with the Copenhagen Fire Brigade. The service must be available 24/7 all year round, and tasks may be urgent or planned. The agreement also includes salvage and storage of valuables, as well as clean-up, cleaning and remediation after discovery of a deceased person and general social cleaning, but only in the City of Copenhagen’s buildings and properties. The procurement is divided into two lots.
