Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have an occupational liability insurance policy with a sum insured of at least EUR 200,000; the contracting authority may request a copy of the insurance policy. For the schools lot, the bidder must have experience in providing cleaning services during the 36 months before the start of the procurement on at least four sites: indoor cleaning on two sites with a cleaning area of at least 5,000 m2, and outdoor cleaning on two sites with an area of at least 10,000 m2. The ESPD must also include descriptions of previous assignments, contract values, periods and client details. In addition, the bidder must confirm that the bid complies with the tender documents, that the bid is not conditional, and that equivalence has been demonstrated where necessary.
