Compliance requirements
The tender documents include the standard exclusion grounds for criminal organisation participation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of trafficking in human beings. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may provide evidence of self-cleaning measures where allowed by the procurement rules or the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must prove at least one contract performed within the last 36 months before the start of the procurement, where the subject was the organisation of an event similar to the procurement object. A similar event is an event held on at least one day, such as a conference, appreciation event, reception, information day or training programme, with at least 1,000 participants. The bid must include a programme draft with a detailed budget showing the content of activities, times, speakers or organisers, target group, expected results and cost breakdown. If the bid is a joint bid, a power of attorney for the joint bidders must be attached. The bid must comply with all tender document requirements, and conditional bids are not allowed.
