Framework arrangement for real estate brokerage of apartments 2026-2028

Summary

The tender concerns real estate brokerage services for Hitas apartments developed by the City of Helsinki’s Urban Environment Division. Two to three framework agreement suppliers will be selected to sell all apartments in a given property. Orders are placed primarily with the highest-ranked supplier, and if that supplier cannot deliver within the agreed schedule, scope or other framework terms, the buyer may turn to the next-ranked supplier. E-invoicing or an electronic process is required.
