Framework arrangement for design consultancy services

Summary

The tender concerns design consultancy services for Pohjois-Pohjanmaa Wellbeing Services County’s new-build, alteration and renovation projects, as well as projects involving property companies and rental premises. It is a framework agreement divided into 16 lots, and a bidder may submit an offer for one or more lots. Up to five framework agreement suppliers will be selected for each lot; if fewer suitable bidders are available, all bidders meeting the requirements will be selected. The framework agreement lasts 2 years in each lot and may be extended by a further 2 years. Price is the only award criterion.
