Comprehensive property insurance
Summary
The tender concerns the Municipality of De Bilt’s comprehensive property insurance, i.e. comprehensive damage insurance. The insured amount is approximately EUR 300,000,000. The contract is planned to start on 1 January 2027 and will run for 36 months, with a mutual option to extend twice by 12 months. Participation is reserved for insurers and authorised representatives of insurers. The tender must be submitted electronically, and the procedure is restricted with candidate reduction.
