Framework arrangement for legal services / contract law, company law and dispute resolution

Summary

The tender concerns legal services for Gasgrid Finland Oy and its subsidiaries under a framework agreement. The services mainly cover contract law, company law and dispute resolution, as well as support in infrastructure projects and consortium work, especially matters related to hydrogen, energy and gas markets. The selected service provider must be able to deliver the services in Finnish, Swedish and English. This is a restricted procedure with both price and quality evaluation.
