Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for expert services in strategic co-development and service design. Motiva is looking for a partner to support the development of projects, services, operating models and impact together with central government and stakeholders. Bidders must take into account registration and tax requirements, sufficient financial capacity, liability insurance, relevant experience, at least one named expert, references and sample materials.
