Security and facility services for Central Library Oodi

Summary

The tender concerns security and guarding services as well as facility services for Central Library Oodi for the period 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with one two-year option period from 1 January 2029 to 31 December 2030. The contract is divided into two service areas, and one service provider is sought for each area to deliver the full service. For the security and guarding services, two full-time service guards are required on site, together with a named site supervisor. For the facility services, one full-time employee is required.
