Access control system procurement

Summary

The tender concerns an independently operating wireless access control system, including installation, user training, maintenance and support work. The contract also covers the necessary software, licences, system components, door-environment connection works, handover documentation, configuration, specification and programming work. The system is intended to complement the contracting authorities’ existing access control systems, not replace them. The tender also includes fixed prices for the Kauppi university social and health care station and unit prices for components and installation for possible additional buildings during the contract period. The most economically advantageous tender will be selected on the basis of the best price-quality ratio.
