Summary

The tender concerns the supply of a truck with additional equipment. The supplier must provide a vehicle that meets the environmental and energy-efficiency requirements for trucks under Finnish law 740/2021. The supplier is responsible for the truck’s equipment, and may also offer optional extras. Optional prices do not affect the comparison, and the contracting authority will decide on optional equipment at the ordering stage. This is an open procedure for a supply contract above the EU threshold, with an estimated total value of about EUR 350,000 excluding VAT. Partial, alternative and parallel tenders are not allowed.
