Cleaning services for the Oodi Central Library for 2027–2028 (option period 2029–2030)

Summary

The tender concerns cleaning services for the Oodi Central Library in Helsinki for the period 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The contract also includes one two-year option period from 1 January 2029 to 31 December 2030. The service covers daily maintenance cleaning, regular periodic deep cleaning and separately ordered special tasks. The cleaning level must be maintained regardless of weather conditions, and at least two employees must be on site throughout the opening hours. The bidder must also be prepared for night and early-morning work, interim cleaning, emergency cleaning and additional needs caused by events.
