Comprehensive renovation works for Valve under a collaborative design-and-build contract

Summary

The tender concerns the comprehensive renovation of the culturally protected Valve building in central Oulu. It is a collaborative design-and-build contract, where the SR contractor acts as the main contractor and is responsible for both design and construction works. The estimated value exceeds the EU threshold for works of EUR 5,404,000 excluding VAT. In the participation phase, three candidates will be selected for the evaluation and negotiation phase from among the suitable candidates, if there are at least three suitable candidates. Construction is preliminarily scheduled for 2027–2029.
