Property services – outdoor maintenance works

Summary

The tender concerns outdoor maintenance works for properties owned and/or managed by Mikalo Oy. The contract covers regular, seasonal and as-needed outdoor works. The tender is divided into lots, and the bidder may submit a bid for one or more lots. One supplier will be selected for each lot, and the same bidder may be awarded up to three lots. If a bidder tenders for more than three lots, it must indicate which three lots are its priorities in case it ranks first in more than three lots.
