Real estate services – review of valuation reports
Summary
The tender concerns the review of full real estate valuation reports, usually prepared by an authorised real estate valuer. The review must comply with the International Valuation Standards (IVS). As a rule, the reviewer will not need to prepare their own valuation, but for a specific order the contracting authority may also request a review with the preparation of an independent valuation report.
