Maintenance of outdoor areas at Kauppi campus

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance of the outdoor areas of the Tampere University Hospital central hospital campus. The service covers courtyards, traffic areas, green areas, site equipment and other outdoor spaces. The existing maintenance staff will transfer to the service provider as part of a transfer of undertaking. Participation requires attending a mandatory site visit on 14 July 2026 at 8:00 and registering by 13 July 2026. There is also an optional information session on 14 July 2026 at 13:00 in Teams.
