SZTE Szentesi MC geothermal heat supply development phase II

Summary

The tender concerns the general construction of phase II of the geothermal heat supply for the SZTE Dr. Bugyi István Szentes Multidisciplinary Centre. The contractor must drill a reinjection well, build a geothermal reinjection pipeline, install four 131 kW water-to-water heat pumps, and carry out the related civil, mechanical, electrical, traffic management and coordination works. The bidder must meet registration, reference, staff and exclusion requirements. In particular, the bidder needs a reference for at least 800 m of district heating pipeline construction or reconstruction in an urban area, a reference for drilling a well at least 1,100 m deep, and a team including MV-TH, MV-ÉG, MV-ÉV and geoscience specialists or equivalents.
