ServiceNow ITSM subscription extension and procurement

Summary

The tender concerns the extension of existing ServiceNow IT Service Management Standard Fulfiller and Business Stakeholder subscriptions and the purchase of new subscriptions for HungaroControl under a usage agreement. The quantities include 230 Standard Fulfiller and 110 Business Stakeholder subscriptions to be extended, plus optional quantities of 25 Standard Fulfiller and 25 Business Stakeholder subscriptions.
