Summary

This is a dynamic purchasing system for circular IT and life-extending services. The award criterion for all specific purchases under the system is price only. Participation is voluntary for SKI customers listed in the customer list annex. A bidder must be able to provide the required references and must document an implemented and maintained ISO 14001-equivalent environmental management system and ISO 27001-equivalent information security management system, or equivalent evidence. The notice also contains standard exclusion grounds, including convictions for corruption, fraud, money laundering, terrorism-related offences, organised crime, trafficking, serious professional misconduct, false statements, conflicts of interest, tax and social security breaches, insolvency and similar situations. Precise proof requirements must be checked in the tender documents.
