Open-house procedure for the provision of energy consulting services under the Energy Advice of Haus & Grund Schleswig-Holstein e.V. funding project

Summary

The tender concerns an open-house admission procedure for energy consulting services for property owners in Schleswig-Holstein, including on-site advice and, as a rule, a room-by-room heating load calculation. The service period is between June and October 2026. The system is open to all interested providers during the contract term, and there is no award evaluation or selection between offers. To participate, the bidder must prove registration in the German federal energy efficiency experts list for the BAFA funding programme.
