The contractor must provide continuous booking and ticketing services, 24/7 support, a Polish-language helpdesk, and use a GDS distribution system. At least two staff members must be assigned for ongoing cooperation, and they must be employed full-time under an employment contract during the contract period, unless more than two persons are assigned and their combined workload equals at least two full-time positions. The contract value is capped at PLN 2,000,000, and the buyer may reduce the volume by up to 60% of the contract value.
