Organisation of public electric vehicle charging services under a concession agreement (lot B)

Summary

The tender concerns the organisation and operation of public electric vehicle charging services in connection with parking areas on public land in the City of Vantaa. The city grants the selected operator a concession to use at least six parking spaces per site for charging purposes at the Tiedekeskus Heureka, Tikkurila sports park and Elmo sports park parking areas. The operator must arrange and run the charging service entirely at its own expense; the city does not finance or invest in the project. The charging stations must be completed and ready for use by 31 December 2027. The contract term is 10 years, including a 3-year extension option.
