Summary

The tender concerns architectural and engineering design services for lot 12 of the Klingenberg solid-fuel CHP project in Berlin. The assignment covers planning for new power-plant-type buildings and structures, including the boiler house, fuel bunker, machine hall, switchgear building and control room, as well as building services, structural design, traffic areas, underground infrastructure, fire protection and related specialist planning.
