Provision of WAN KSI ZUS wide area network operator services

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive WAN network operator services for ZUS KSI. The contractor must provide data transmission services with layer 3 connectivity in a full-mesh arrangement between all listed locations, and implement and maintain an SD-WAN network management system. The contractor will also lease the necessary software, licences and equipment for the contract term. The contract duration is up to 4 years (48 months) from signature. The technical implementation period is up to 6 months, the central SD-WAN components and certain links must be launched within 3 months, and service/support runs for up to 42 months, not earlier than 31 May 2027. Instruction vouchers must be delivered within 60 days and used within 18 months. An on-site visit is allowed. The buyer also foresees additional orders up to 50% of the base contract value, excluding training vouchers.
