The tender concerns supervision services for the design and construction of the Târgu Mureș – Târgu Neamț motorway, Section II Miercurea Nirajului – Leghin, Lot 1b Miercurea Nirajului – Sărățeni. The contractor will supervise the works during design, execution and the warranty period, to ensure proper use of funds and compliance with contractual obligations on time, quantity, quality and cost. To participate, the bidder must be legally registered, have an annual turnover of at least RON 10,000,000.00 in each of the years 2022, 2023 and 2024, and show experience from up to 5 completed supervision or consultancy contracts for road construction, widening, modernisation or rehabilitation works on national roads, express roads or motorways with a total value of at least RON 15,000,000.00 excluding VAT in the last 5 years. The bidder must also hold ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management certification for the main activity, and must provide the required financial statements, references and registration documents if shortlisted.
