Summary

The tender concerns the supply of equipment and devices, including medical equipment, teaching aids and grooming equipment, for a vocational education development project in Mieczysławów. The contract is divided into three lots. The supplier must deliver the goods to the contracting authority’s premises, bring them inside, check that they work properly and, where required, train the contracting authority’s staff. The goods must be new, unused, from a legal source, free of third-party rights, and covered by the required warranty. A completed technical parameters annex had to be attached to the bid for the relevant lot; without it, the bid could not be evaluated and could be rejected.
