Architectural services for the new OGTS building of the Nassenfels-Egweil school association

Summary

The tender concerns architectural services for the new building of the open all-day school at Nassenfels primary school. The project aims to create modern, legally compliant care places for up to about 140 children, including holiday care, with a flexible room concept, canteen, learning and recreation areas, creative and quiet zones, and barrier-free access. The contract covers basic services for service phases 3–9 for building and interior planning, plus special services. The estimated total project cost is about EUR 3.4 million net. Planning is to continue immediately after award, construction is planned for the third quarter of 2027, completion is expected by the end of 2028, and use from early 2029 is envisaged.
