Summary

The tender concerns media services. KVK is looking for a media agency that can support strategy, campaigns, media planning, analysis and optimisation, and help KVK increase awareness of its services, the use of digital services and its reputation. The contract is a framework agreement for 4 years, with two possible one-year extensions by KVK. Awarding is based on quality and price; quality covers cooperation and strategy development and a media case, and a price sheet must also be submitted. E-invoicing is required.
