Operation of heating, domestic hot water, water treatment, air conditioning and ventilation installations for the buildings of the city and the CCAS of Décines-Charpieu

Summary

The tender concerns the operation, maintenance and renewal of heating, domestic hot water, water treatment, air conditioning and ventilation installations for 51 buildings of the city of Décines-Charpieu and its CCAS. The contract covers P2 and P3 services for all buildings and is planned for 3 years from 1 October 2026, with one possible tacit renewal for 2 years, up to 30 September 2031.
