The bidder must confirm that none of the exclusion grounds under Section 95(1) of the Public Procurement Act apply. In plain terms, the bidder and its management or representative persons must not have relevant convictions, tax or social security debts, or sanctions-related obstacles that would prevent the contract from being awarded.

The bidder must have completed at least one contract for playground repair works, equipment installation or maintenance within the 36 months before the start of the procurement, with a value of at least EUR 15,000 excluding VAT. A list of such contracts must be submitted, showing the contract value, performance dates and the other contracting party’s details; where possible, the procurement reference number should also be indicated. If a contract is still ongoing after the tender submission deadline, the bidder may still demonstrate qualification if, by the start of the procurement, services worth at least EUR 15,000 have been handed over to and accepted by the client.
