MoSeS (mobile sensor system)

Summary

The tender concerns the development, manufacture and delivery of up to 28 MoSeS complete systems, together with accessories and peripheral services, under a framework agreement. The system is an unmanned mobile land system that must be usable in difficult weather conditions, transportable in current and future armoured transport vehicles, and operable independently of the vehicle. The bidder must provide three comparable reference projects from the last five years, company and contact details, ownership structure information, a signed consortium authorisation if applicable, a current register extract, a Russia sanctions declaration, proof of financial capacity, and evidence of at least EUR 2,500,000 balance sheet total and EUR 2,500,000 turnover in each of the last two financial years.
