The contractor must deliver storyboards, animatics, sample animations and the final AV content, and must cooperate with the buyer, the exhibition documentation author, the AV equipment supplier and the construction contractor. The buyer’s AV equipment will only be available for final upload, commissioning and testing, so the bidder must provide suitable AV equipment at its own expense for interim testing.
