Processing and digitisation of archives – processing of scientific and technical information

Summary

This is a framework agreement for the processing and digitisation of archives and for scientific and technical information services for the CEA/DAM. The work covers archive management, document digitisation, scientific documentation supply, information monitoring, subscriptions to journals, and related ad hoc tasks. The contract is a restricted procedure and concerns classified information, so participation requires security clearance-related documents and a signed confidentiality commitment. The bidder must submit the required application forms and evidence of financial, technical and professional capacity. The notice also requires a team capable of managing archival and documentary services, including at least one qualified archivist with a master’s degree and at least 4 years’ experience, plus archival/documentation assistants with Bac +2 or Bac +3 qualifications. Subcontracting is allowed only partially, not in full.
