Tender detail
Forest exploitation services 2026 6 - D.S. Arges
Summary
The tender concerns forest exploitation services for several lots in Arges. The work includes felling, sectioning, gathering and moving timber to the primary platform, clearing the cutting areas where needed, and moving the timber to the primary platform on skids, in line with the tender documents. The bidder must be legally registered, have the right to carry out the contract, and hold a valid forestry exploitation authorisation/certificate and technical record for the work it will actually perform. The bidder must also stay within the available volume allowed by its certificate. The offer is submitted by lots, and the bidder may bid for one or more lots only within that remaining certified capacity. The notice also requires submission of the standard self-declaration and, for the winning bidder, supporting documents such as the registration certificate and forestry exploitation certificate/technical record. If the bidder uses a consortium, subcontractor or third party, the relevant agreements must be submitted with the bid. The award notice also states that e-invoicing or an electronic process is required.
