Urban greenery development and maintenance services for Katowice City Green Budget – Part 1

Summary

The tender concerns the creation and maintenance of urban greenery in seven locations in Katowice. The main contract covers planting and landscaping works, including site preparation, maintenance works, installation of small urban furniture elements, planting and finishing works. An optional maintenance service is also foreseen for 15 April 2027 to 15 October 2027, and the contractor must notify the contracting authority by email in advance of planned maintenance activities.
