Summary

The tender concerns traffic safety services on federal properties in Bavaria. The work is divided into 10 lots: lots 1–5 cover tree inspections and lots 6–10 cover tree maintenance. For lots 1–5, the contract is a works contract with a maximum duration of 4 years; for lots 6–10, it is a framework agreement with a maximum duration of 4 years. No minimum quantity is guaranteed, and payment is made for services actually performed. The bidder must be prepared to carry out site inspections, special inspections where needed, document completion, and various maintenance, felling and additional tasks.
