Gardening services – maintenance and upkeep of outdoor areas in ZVK Hannover residential complexes

Summary

The tender concerns gardening and grounds maintenance services for the outdoor areas of residential properties of the ZVK Hannover. The contractor must provide ongoing maintenance, waste collection and disposal during each maintenance round, cleaning services and winter maintenance of pavements, basement stairs and garage forecourts. Tree and shrub cutting is partly excluded from routine maintenance and some cutting tasks are ordered separately.
