Schloss Erkersreuth – technical equipment, system groups 4 and 5, 6, 8 in part pursuant to §53 HOAI 2021

Summary

The tender concerns the technical building services planning for Schloss Erkersreuth, a listed castle ensemble to be developed into a cultural campus. The contract covers phased planning services for service phases 1–9 for technical equipment, system groups 4 and 5, 6 and 8 in part under HOAI 2021. The project includes the conversion and internal refurbishment of the castle, the renovation of the cellar, the repair of the Brunnenhaus, the full refurbishment of the administrator building, and the partial demolition/reconstruction of the Tenne for seminar and event spaces. A heating centre for all buildings must be planned in the new-build area. To participate, the bidder must submit qualification evidence with the application, show the required professional qualifications, provide suitable references, have at least 4 permanently employed technical staff, and maintain professional liability insurance with the required cover. Signed application documents and declarations on exclusion grounds are also required.
