Summary

The tender concerns surveying services for the Staatstheater Augsburg project, building section 2. The City of Augsburg is looking for a surveying office for the general refurbishment and new construction of the Staatstheater Augsburg, including the Small House and the operations building. If the 2025 turnover is not yet final, an estimated annual turnover may be provided. At least three comparable references from the last ten years are required. The reference period is May 2016 to May 2026. All references must cover surveying services; at least one of the three must be for a project with a gross floor area of at least 20,000 m²; at least two of the three must cover a construction period of at least 36 months; and all references must have been performed in accordance with the contract, or at least substantially in accordance with it. The bidder must submit a self-declaration on form A 1 and may attach existing reference certificates. The bidder must have at least 2.0 technical professionals involved in delivering the service. These may be engineers or equivalent staff, including managers. Full-time staff count as 1.00; part-time staff are converted to full-time equivalents based on a 40-hour week and rounded to two decimals. For a consortium, the technical professionals of all members are added together.
