Summary

This is a framework agreement for the supply and support of Palo Alto security components, including firewalls, software solutions, licences, training and consulting. The scope also covers hardware and accessory maintenance, standard software maintenance, and optional installation, commissioning and training when ordered individually. Palo Alto Cortex solutions are excluded. The bidder must check the tender documents for the exact requirements, but the notice indicates several declarations, a business register number or equivalent, proof of Diamond partner status or better, evidence of comparable deliveries in the last three years, a company presentation, and the ability to provide at least two on-site system technicians in Hannover and Hamburg within four hours.
