Exchange mat service

Summary

The tender concerns an exchange mat service: the supplier must deliver rental mats to the contracting entities’ sites, replace used mats at the agreed interval, and also handle procurement, storage, maintenance, washing and proper disposal of mats at the end of their service life. The procurement is divided into five lots, and one contract partner will be selected for each lot. The main contract period is 36 months, after which it may continue for an indefinite option period.
