Provision of mobile telecommunications services for the Border Guard

Summary

The tender concerns mobile telecommunications services for the Border Guard. The contract is divided into three lots, and a bidder may submit an offer for only one lot. The service must provide voice and data connectivity across the country, including indoors, outdoors and in vehicles, and is intended for operators whose mobile network coverage reaches at least 98% of Poland’s territory and 95% of its population.
